CANCELLATION POLICY
As a small business we simply have to ask our clients to respect our policy and understand that we implement it for the financial viability of the business and our therapists.
We ask that if you need to change or cancel your appointment you do this the day before your treatment. Our system will send you a reminder email or SMS of your appointment a day before as a reminder. Should you cancel on the day and we don’t fill the appointment we will charge 50% of the booking.
No Shows: This is when you don’t come for your appointment and don’t let us know. We charge full price for the missed appointment.
If clients consistently cancel at the last minute we will request a deposit to secure their booking.

Our Therapists provide the highest level of professional Remedial Massage Therapy, Myotherapy & Acupuncture. We focus on correcting muscular & postural dysfunctions, alignment, health and postural issues with a range of treatments and techniques. We specialise in treating anyone looking to improve their health and wellbeing, anyone with muscular tightness pain, arthritis, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, whiplash, neck and back pain, scoliosis, sciatica, headaches or anyone simply looking to relax.
