As a small business we simply have to ask our clients to respect our policy and understand that we implement it for the financial viability of the business and our therapists.
We ask that if you need to change or cancel your appointment you do this the day before your treatment. Our system will send you a reminder email or SMS of your appointment a day before as a reminder. Should you cancel on the day and we don’t fill the appointment we will charge 50% of the booking.
If clients consistently cancel at the last minute we will request credit card details to secure their booking.
No Shows: This is when you don’t come for your appointment and don’t let us know. We charge full price for the missed appointment.
